2009 Anarchy, Unconventional Rhone Blend, Paso Robles / $40.00
Break some rules! We know a typical Rhone blend is Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre but we wanted to shake things up a bit, plus we are Zinfandel geeks! So, we pumped up the spice with a chunk of Zin and kept the Mourvedre for its dark funk and wrapped it all in a velvety veil of Syrah. With warm cherry notes, rich, vibrant backbone and lingering burnt sugar finish - this wine is like a gentle, loving, slap to the face…it’s all in good fun!

2008 Louis Cypher, Eclectic Red, Paso Robles / $40.00
6 years in the making... the quest to create "Cypher" originated from a Portuguese wine tasted by Christian that was big, tannic, and monstrous with a sexy mouth feel. "Cypher" is Christian's version of the temptation he once tasted. Many of the Portuguese varietals in "Louis Cypher" were planted by Cypher Winery in collaboration with our growers including Teroldego, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Coa, Sousou, and Tinta Ruiz. The remaining varietals that make up Cypher are Zinfandel, Carignane, Petite Verdot and Petite Sirah. There are a whopping NINE varietals in one bottle. Aged in 75% French Oak, 25% Eastern European. Wine Club Only.

Rich Velvet Red Fruit with dried herbs on the nose. In the mouth, rich red fruits, fig, black currants with a hint of provincial herbs and earthy spice. Long on the palate with fabulous structure integrated seamlessly with the resonating velvet fruit. It trails into soft tannins and subtle sexy oak finish. This wine has it all… power and grace!

2008 Peasant, Traditional Rhone Blend, Paso Robles / $40.00
This traditional Rhone blend is 33% Mourvedre, 30% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 7% Counoise and 5% Tannat. The vines were grown side by side on the steep and chalky hills of Paso Robles Westside, Kiler Canyon and Glenrose Vineyard. On the nose, smokey black fruit and spice, vanilla creme brulee. On the palate, rich black fruit spice and anise finishing long into sexy vanilla oak. Picture a night with Bridget Bardot wrapped in velvet.
