We presently are able to ship wine to the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive shipments of wine. In submitting an order the buyer is representing to the winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old. When wines are sold, title of goods passes to the buyer within the State of CA. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the winery to act on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery to the buyer's destination. Pricing and availability subject to change. All sales are final. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders that are returned to the winery by the carrier for failed delivery.

PICKUP POLICY: The winery reserves the right to ship, at member cost, any wine not picked up at the Cypher Winery tasting room 60 days after member has been charged for scheduled club packs.
